Skill pack
Codified domain expertise — what we already know about a specific buyer, packaged so the platform arrives understanding them.
Skill packs are how the system avoids learning your buyer on your dime. They contain the buyer profiles, the language, the objections, the signals that matter, the research patterns, and the messaging that works for a defined vertical or use case. Every engagement contributes to a pack; every new engagement in that vertical inherits it. Pack count is a board-level KPI for us.
