SOLUTIONS · DIAGNOSE · THE FRONT DOOR

You get leads. Revenue doesn't follow. Which part of the engine is broken?

Growth Orbit's GTM Assessment maps your market, scores your data, and grades your sales motion — five modules, one fixed fee, four to six weeks. More activity won't fix what you haven't measured; in four weeks we count what's actually broken and hand you the plan sequenced against it.

DEFINITION

What is a GTM assessment?

Growth Orbit's GTM Assessment is a productized diagnostic of your whole revenue engine — market, data, outbound motion, sales execution, messaging, and stack — delivered as one report, one executive readout, and one sequenced effectiveness plan. It exists because the presenting symptom (“we need more pipeline”) almost never names the actual disease. Before you buy a remedy — more reps, more tools, more lists — the assessment counts which part of the engine is losing the revenue.

It is not open-ended consulting. The modules are fixed, the price is fixed, the duration is four to six weeks, and every assessment opens with the same non-negotiable move: your market and data, counted. Findings arrive as numbers, not opinions.

SCOPE

What does it examine?

Five modules — the market-and-data module always runs; the rest are scoped to your situation.

MOD 01

Market & dataALWAYS ON

The non-negotiable spine — every assessment opens here. Your true market counted and tiered, your CRM matched against it record by record: coverage, whitespace, rot, and waste, in numbers. This is the coverage-gap machinery running inside the assessment.

MOD 02

Outbound / BD effectiveness

Where the activity actually goes: targeting discipline, cadence quality, response handling, and what share of effort lands on companies that could never buy.

MOD 03

Sales execution

Pipeline health, stage discipline, win/loss patterns, and rep skill and will — graded against how your buyers actually purchase, not against a generic methodology.

MOD 04

Messaging & selling strategy

Whether the story your team tells matches the problem your buyers feel — and whether the sales process is engineered or improvised.

MOD 05

Tech stack

What you're paying for versus what's producing. Mid-market revenue stacks commonly run $200K–$600K a year across seven tool layers — the module finds the redundancy and the gaps.

FIXED FEE · $15–25K SHAPE · 4–6 WEEKS · FINDINGS COUNTED, NOT OPINED

THE DIFFERENCE

Why does the data spine matter?

Growth Orbit is the only assessment provider we know of that opens every engagement by counting the client's actual market — the same platform machinery that builds managed markets for our run-phase clients. That changes what an assessment can prove:

  • At Quovant, the assessment showed only ~30% of the real market was in Salesforce and ~80% of all rep calls had gone to companies that could never buy — while a $10–15K/month power-dialer accelerated the miss.
  • At a B2B FinTech pursuing $150M, the assessment found 47% of CRM activity aimed at accounts below the ICP — the ICP that drove the overwhelming majority of revenue was being starved by the segment that drove almost none.
  • At a $50M+ IT services firm, the market-and-data module found only 24% of an 18,775-account market in Salesforce — and 877K CRM records on a contract sized for 165K.

An interviewed opinion can be argued with. A counted finding ends the argument and becomes the board-ready business case for the fix.

THE READOUT

What happens after the assessment?

The executive readout routes you — it doesn't upsell you. Findings sequence into an effectiveness plan, and the plan points at whichever shape of work the evidence justifies:

Only suspect a data problem? The coverage-gap analysis is the two-week, read-only standalone version of this assessment's first module.

What revenue leaders ask about the assessment

Diagnose first

Count what's broken before you buy a remedy.

Tell us what revenue is doing and what you suspect. We'll come back with the module set, timing, and the fixed fee — and in four to six weeks you'll know exactly where the engine is losing revenue.
